Our Covid-19 Safety & Hygiene Measures
Since we reopened on 13 May 2020, we have established and adopted a number of carefully thought-out preventive measures as follows:


Deep Cleaning
Every area is thoroughly sanitised with disinfectants.
Reception
We practice reduced contact at check-in and ensure the reception counter, pens, room keys and desk phone are sanitised. We provide sanitiser and mask to guests upon request.
Public Spaces & Facilities
We apply best practices for all spaces and facilities including the pools, gym and lounges by conducting additional deep cleaning of high touch surfaces, increasing our frequency of cleaning and practising social distancing.
Guest Rooms
Our usual top-notch cleaning process for every room is further enhanced with the use of disinfecting kits.
Food & Beverage
The tables are spaced 2 metres apart and cleaned with disinfectants frequently. Staff are required to wear a face mask throughout the cleaning process and while serving guests.
Local Regulations
Upon every staff and guest’s arrival, we check their body temperature and sanitise their hands. All visitors’ and guests’ personal and contact details are recorded for contact tracing purposes. We offer an optional online check-in procedure via MySejahtera app, a contact tracing app that enables a contactless check-in to enter our premises.
Clean Champion
The Duty Manager patrols the premises more frequently in order to assess areas of concern as well as checking and monitoring to ensure all safety measures and procedures are carried out.
